Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Please read these terms before creating an account or deploying an application on HostIn.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and HostIn ("we", "us") for the use of the website, dashboard and hosting services at hostin.store and apphostin.cloud (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • Give accurate information and keep your email address current; we send security and billing notices there.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials secret. You are responsible for activity in your account and in your organizations, including by team members you invite.
  • Tell us promptly at billing@hostin.store if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The Service

HostIn builds and runs your applications in isolated containers on shared infrastructure. Each plan comes with the CPU, memory, storage and application limits shown on the Pricing page at the time of your order. Actual performance depends on your workload.

Applications get a hostname under apphostin.cloud and may use custom domains that you own and verify. Hostnames under apphostin.cloud remain ours: when an application is deleted its hostname is released and may later be assigned to someone else.

We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice before removing something that a paid plan depends on.

4. Plans and payment

  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page and in your order before you pay.
  • A subscription starts when we confirm your payment and runs for 30 days. Continuing after that period requires a new payment.
  • If a subscription is not renewed, we may stop its applications and, after notice, delete them and their data.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we cannot provide the Service you paid for.
  • You are responsible for any taxes or bank charges on your payment.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service, or let anyone use your applications, to:

  • break any law, including content that is illegal in Indonesia such as online gambling;
  • distribute malware, run phishing pages, or send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • host child sexual abuse material or content that infringes intellectual property rights;
  • attack, scan or overload other systems, or run open proxies, botnets or denial-of-service tools;
  • mine cryptocurrency;
  • get around plan limits, the isolation between customers, or our security controls, or access data or containers that are not yours;
  • resell the Service without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, or stop or suspend applications, when needed to stop a violation or protect the Service or other people.

6. Resource limits

Applications run within their plan's limits. When an application exceeds them, for example its storage, we may slow it down or stop it until usage is back within the limit. We will tell you in the dashboard when this happens.

7. Your content and backups

You keep all rights to the code, files and data you deploy ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, copy, build and run Your Content only as needed to provide the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to deploy it.

Keep your own backups. Unless your plan explicitly includes backups, we do not guarantee that Your Content can be recovered after a failure or deletion.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, failures of providers we depend on, and events outside our control may cause downtime. No service level agreement applies unless we agree to one in writing.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us at billing@hostin.store to close your account.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or when required by law. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to export Your Content.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that it will meet your particular needs or be error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event that caused it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Indonesia.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it. Questions: billing@hostin.store.
